Il y a bientôt 3 ans, la Fondation ANAIS lançait le projet “À ton sport, À ta santé !” avec la volonté de développer la pratique sportive dans le quotidien des personnes accompagnées et de promouvoir le sport comme vecteur de santé. 







Après un premier volet cycliste en 2021, puis un deuxième volet marche en 2023, c'est le handball qui fait sa grande entrée dans le projet ! Les participants ont d'ailleurs déjà repris le chemin des entrainements avec la possibilité de faire au choix du vélo, de la marche, du handball ou même les 3 sports. 







Parallèlement aux entrainements, usagers et professionnels doivent aussi relever plusieurs défis tout au long de l'année. 







Pour ce quatrième défi sportif, ils étaient invités à joindre l'utile à l'agréable en participant à une initiative environnementale : réaliser une randonnée Randonnée "collecte de déchets". Ce challenge est une excellente occasion de sensibiliser à la préservation de la nature tout en passant un moment agréable en plein air.
